Change - The original form of a course changes over time from maintenance, nature and renovation. Golf technology is changing the way the game is played and the course is shaped. Change is a given, but the legacy of your course at this moment in time need not be lost.

Preservation - Now, for the first time, we can construct a virtual replica of the golf course using the 3D Laser Scanner. Not just the terrain surface, but the entire landscape, with trees and buildings. The handcrafted shape of the green, impossible to draw or photograph, can now be captured by laser scanning.

Restoration - After damage or excavation, you want to be able to put it back the way it was. The virtual replica and digital mapping of contours and slopes make accurate restorations possible and practical.

Renovation - An accurate model of the existing design enables the architect to analyze its strengths and weakness and then respond with an adaptation that respects and builds on its original character and challenge.

Enjoyment - The greens model can then be used to produce detailed images, animations and solid models that will increase appreciation of the historic design and the pleasure in playing it.
